This week has been another good week. I feel that I have become better at managing my time wisely. I'm almost becoming proud of myself for staying on task. Usually this time of the semester I really begin to slack off but it seems as though now I'm begining to really stay on task. Recently I've found myself doing work way ahead of the due date. That's not like me. I think maybe it's because I'm finally becoming use to my schedule for this semester.

I once again enjoyed reading everyone's genre's in my group. It's amazing how creative my group members are. They never cease to amaze me. Even though I enjoy reading the genre's I have to say I can't wait until next week when we do our final genre. I've been waiting for that day for a long time. It's amazing how time flies by, it seems like the semester just started.

I was also thankful that we didn't have our online meeting this week because it gave me sometime to catch up on some much needed homework. Plus, it enabled me to do my peer reviews early. Next week I hope to keep myself on task and hopefully start working on my unifying genre quite soon. I know that it's going to take a lot of hard work and effort to pull this project together. I also need to go back and make some revisions to my genre's. Wish me luck!

This week has been a good one! I have stayed on task this whole week, I think that's because I didn't have any exams this week and it let me focus more on this class. One thing that I was proud of is that I finally reached my goal of stretching my assignments out over several days. I started doing some peer reviews during the week, then today I've done my genre and my journal entry. Hopefully tomorrow I'll finish my peer reviews.

I was also so happy that I remember to meet online this week. I'm really glad I made it to that meeting because I gained a lot from it. Before our meeting on Wed. I had no clue what I was going to do for a unifying genre. But now, with some help from my group members, I have a more concrete outlook on my unifying genre. I think I know now what I'm going to do. I just hope it works out the way I want it to.

Well my goal for next week is now going to be to keep up the good work and get more motivated about doing these genres. I guess I'm kinda getting burnt out on them since we've been doing one every week. Hopefully I will regain my motivation and have an awesome genre for next week.

Well as for the goal that I set for last week of once again stretching my assignments out over a period of a couple of days has not been accomplished. I did a little better this week though. I did manage to work on my assignments for two days instead of one. I find myself not having time to complete the assignments during the week because I want to put a lot of time into them and I'm afraid that I'll be rushed if I do them during the week.

Therefore, I just wait until the weekend before even attempting to do the assignments. I think I've finally come to the realization that I'll never be able to get my assignments done during the week simply because it works better for me if I do them on the weekends. So for now on I'm going to modify my goal just a tad bit. My new goal for now is to maintain the two days that I complete my assignments in. Instead of doing all of them in one day.

I will have to say that I learned how to do something new this week. I was totally lost on how to attach a word document to my weblog and I didn't understand the code that everyone was talking about. However, I got in there and I figured it out! I was so proud of myself. Now I know how to do that for future reference, and I also know how you get the code.

I have really enjoyed the peer review assignment. I really like getting feedback on my work from my peers. I also like to see what ideas my peers have come up with as well. I've been very impressed with the work that my fellow peers have done. I never knew how many people in the CD program were such good writers. Well I guess that's all for this week. I'll try and maintain my goal for next week.
